At the helm of EquiDash Solutions™ is a visionary strategist with over a decade of leadership experience spanning higher education, healthcare, and human resources. With a doctorate rooted in institutional leadership and policy, Dr. Jackson brings a systems-level perspective to equity, access, and performance alignment across sectors. As a former EEOC investigator, Dr. Nina Jackson created The EquiDash Method™ to help organizations close the gap between their stated values and measurable outcomes.
Her career began in finance and evolved into executive and director-level roles, where she helped shape advancement, access, and compliance strategies in both public and private sectors. Known for leading high-stakes conversations with clarity and integrity, Dr. Jackson brings a data-informed, legally sound approach to every engagement.
